We are actively interviewing for a full-time
Client Services Information Technology Assistant
The Client Services Information Technology Assistant provides information technology
and administrative support to management and staff members alike. This position works
in conjunction with the both the Client Services Team and Information Technology Manager
on a daily basis and must be professional and capable of handling many tasks at once with
frequent interruptions – multi-tasking, following directions, and completing projects on
time is the key to success in this position. This individual must also possess strong
communication skills and enjoy working on a team – even though many of their tasks will
be performed individually since they will be working through all areas throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Technology troubleshooting at both the network and end-user levels
- Troubleshooting staff technology requests and projects
- Technology projects assigned by management
- Update electronic medical records and database including: surgery records, emergency hospital reports, referral reports, and medical records from other veterinarians and hospitals
- Computer database projects to include inactivating deceased pet records, archiving, medical reminders, answering medical records voicemail, and proper documentation of medical records in message center
- Other technology projects and responsibilities as assigned by Management, the Client Services Manager and Medical Records/IT Manager
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
- College or secondary education in information technology
- Previous proven successful experience in use of current business technologies including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, internet, server technology – experience with Windows environments, BM-compatibles and veterinary practice management software preferred
- Previous proven successful experience in customer service with both the general public and employees in a fast-paced business environment
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working hours on average 38 hours per week as designated by Management - schedule is subject to change per business needs.
